Given that this blog deals primarily with Japanese anime and manga, it makes sense to start off with what those are and various terms that come up in regards to them. As times goes on, if a term needs to be clarified for a post it will be added here is as to not assume knowledge on the part of readers or become repetitive with definitions within posts.
Hello and welcome everyone! My name is psy (yes, all lowercase), a web design student who needed an idea for an assignment and came up with this site: a blog featuring commentary on various aspects of (mostly) pop culture, with a focus on Japanese anime and manga in particular. Anyways, thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you again!
